Austin Flowers & Felicity’s Psychedelic Freak-out!

As an extension to the Austin Flowers roving performances, John Reid, “International Man of Mimicry”, has put together a Sixties show which is already in it’s 4th year! Some of the songs include: ‘I’m a Believer’

                                             ‘Twist & Shout’

                                            ‘(I can’t get no) Satisfaction’

                                             ‘Love Potion No. 9’

‘What’s new Pussy cat’  .... And many others…

All delivered with John’s Trademark Energy & enthusiasm, which is uncontrollably contagious!

He also includes ‘Hula Hoop Competitions’, ‘Audience participation’ and even the odd game of ‘Twister’ (By Request only)     Want Dancing Girls? Austin’s got Dancing Girls!!!HAND PICKED AND VERY GROOVY! Dress up your guests, theme the room, and you’ve got more than a show… you’ve got an experience!  YEAH BABY!

THE TREASURE HUNT CLOWNS

Two roving clown characters purportedly on a hunt for treasure are constantly sidetracked and distracted, interacting with the public. Costumes are traditional clown, with an absurd, surreal edge. Props include a treasure map, a beach chair and other seaside paraphernalia. These two clowns who possessed of nothing but an umbrella, two old suitcases and a treasure map, go on a wonderous journey over land and sea in search of fabled treasure! Along the way friendship is tested, courage is called upon and swimming togs are lost. But in the end…well let’s just say it was all worth it. The Treasure Hunt Clowns are a roving duo which are perfect for corporate functions, private parties, weddings, festivals, nightclubs, shopping centres, product launches and other special events.

Reviews: Exquisite humor…universal themes with appeal to all ages” --

Margi Brown Ash 4 Change || “The four-year-old… was glowing with joy at the end

of the performance” --  Alison Coates – Stage Diary

Booff The Clown

Booff is warm and fuzzy, a stretched out clown with a high-pitched voice. Disarmingly charming, there is yet a twinkle in his eye, a glint of mischief, perhaps even evil. Booff wants you to love him, and as soon as you do, he wants you to hate him. So he’ll steal your cigarettes and smoke them in front of you, he’ll take photos of himself with your camera, he’ll chat up your girlfriend, or your boyfriend – he doesn’t care. Whatever niggles. Kids love him because he glares at them. Physically and verbally ridiculous, Booff can’t blend in, but then he doesn’t really try. Booff is a roving or stilt walking character, great for corporate functions, private parties, weddings, festivals, nightclubs, shopping centres, product launches and other special events.

THE GREAT BIG STORYBOOK ... TIDDALIK THE FROG is a well-known Australian Aboriginal story of the frog who drank all the water in the world. This educational fairy tale is brought to life using pantomime, music, magic and exquisite life-size puppetry of native Australian animals. The story takes place with the turn of each page of THE GREAT BIG STORYBOOK, this superbly crafted giant 3D pop-up book which serves as backdrop to his unique and colourful puppets. Full of lots of surprises, the 'book' features vibrant, original mythical paintings and is home to the characters of the story.  The concept has been designed to adapt to varying performance space needs - indoor and out. The 'book' is an ingenious, self-contained, battery powered apparatus with built-in speakers which create a soundscape. TIDDALIK is ideal for all primary aged students, with plenty of audience interaction and colourful props to keep everyone engaged. The play incorporates stories surrounding the theme of water: its natural flow, use and conservation as well as the process of precipitation, explained through music and comedy. Students are introduced to native animals, insects, birds and reptiles and explore their eco-systems. Set around the Snowy Mountains and the Central Desert . TIDDALIK - performed at venues such as the National Museum , the Spiegeltent and the National Folk Festival.

Collectively, Michael & Liam have performed for audiences in locations throughout Asia, Europe, the South Pacific Islands and, of course, Australia . ‘The Croony Tunes’ show is all about the people. Michael and Liam’s  up close and personal interaction brings the music to the people and indeed the people to the music. Offering unforgettable tunes from an era when blue eyes were blue and dancing was made for two, Croony Tunes perform crowd pleasers from artists reminiscent of Frank Sinatra, Bobby Darrin & Dean Martin along with modern day tunes that deserve to be crooned.
